DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

NO! We never charge a security deposit no matter how long you stay you will never have to worry about getting your deposit back. 

 

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN LOCK?

All Secure will provide a special lock that fits into the latch on all units in Jefferson and most units in Fort atkinson. With the exception of units 139-151 which have an automatic garage door opener and units 152-180 which you will need your own lock.

 

WHAT WILL I NEED TO RENT A UNIT?

When you come to rent a unit you should bring a drivers license and a form of payment that is it.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

All units are rented for one month minimum on a month to month basis. The first month is prorated if needed to get to the first we do not prorate the last months rent.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

Simply call and we will set up a time to meet with you and get a unit to fit your needs.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

At anytime if you wish to change to a larger or smaller unit we will get the right size to fit your needs.

 

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

920-650-5625 ( 650-LOCK) is answered at all times it is the only number you need to know.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

All rents are due on the 1st of the month.

Checks or Money Orders can be mailed or put in the drop box by (unit 45 in Fort Atkinson or 281 in Jefferson). For a cash payment we are more than willing to meet and give you a receipt on site.

We do not accept credit or debit cards. We do take paypal payments online. (contact office)

 

DO YOU OFFER PICK UP AND/OR DELIVERY?

Yes. You will need to schedual a pick up or delivery in advance. Costs vary.
